I think these are correct but don't fully see the wordplay....

Relatively deprived? Finally speak out more - KINLESS as in 'Less Kin', but why 'Speak out More'?

Precisely surrounding vessel, caught deserter - TURNCOAT - If 'Vessel' = URN + C(aught) then that leaves 'TOAT for 'Precisely?

Contact a head supporting part of basic education - REACH (Contact) but I can't see any of the parsing.

Getting right article back ahead of time - RECEIPT - Again, I can't see any of it.

Clearly shows sex in Rome in drunken scene - EVINCES - It's an anagram of 'SCENE' + Vin but I've looked Vin up on Google Translator and nowhere does it say it = Sex in Latin or Italian.

Kinless... 'Finally speak' gives you the 'k'(last letter) and if you're 'in less', you're out more!

Turncoat... toat is To A T (exactly)
Evinces... VI is six, which is sex in Roman/Latin or something. (I saw this in a crossword last month).

Receipt...it's just 'piece' (article) inside 'rt' (right).

Sorry, I think I was wrong with 'receipt'. 'I don't know where the definition is (and I think it's 'r' for right and 't' for 'time')!

Hi all,
Receipt looks right: Def = getting as in: inreceipt
with piece reversed in r + t as you say.

Reach = r ( the three R's used to refer to basic education) + each (a/per head)
