Think this was one of the most difficult ever, with some very iffy clues. Think I have finished, but can anyone parse these two:

25a Treated silk, mostly into thicker cloth, with expertise, must be SKILFUL???

56a Cause of disease and a pill that's appropriate, is it GARBAGE?

silk (skil) ful(l) look it up in the dictionary and you find reference to cloth being full

Pill is the E often used in crosswords to denote ecstacy or E

Ecstasy = e is a pill
