After a long discussion at Crossword Solver HQ we've made a few changes to the site. These includes:

- A new interface for the quicksolve which is hopefully easier to use
- A new tool to allow all the clever people to submit missing words
- A brand new forum created especially for you for crossword related discussions and problems

Is there anything in particular you don't like about the new interface?

1: The drop-down boxes to select letters were easier to use. When I use the Tab key, it moves forward 2 letters of the word instead of 1. When I use the Backspace key, it moves forward to the next letter of the word instead of back. Deleting a letter moves forward to the next field, so you have to go back again to enter the revised letter.
2: Being able to suggest new words is a plus.

Ah, we've added some code for it to automatically move between boxes - perhaps this needs some more work! We'll remove it for now and consider re-implementing it at a later date.

i think its great, a change is as good as a rest. haven't read all responses ,but i'm sure the moaners will get used to it. best wishes.m.s.
