The B river with 11 letters is in Asia, and it does come up in 'Quick Solve' if you have enough letters.
T is a bridge bid, a double meaning with a couple of sports grounds.

I have nearly finished, but stuck on three:

Grid A - U_L_P_O_
'Upperclass loo with cloth cover is brought back'
Something pool?

Grid A - UN_E_E_
'Not measured, remounted incorredctly with bits of gold missing.'
Unmeted?

Grid B - V is presumably Volga, but I don't understand why Olga is from Gaul - 'Volume from Gaul - not half!'

Thanks!

Yes, something pool. Name of a river and town in Scotland. You're missing only 2 letters.
Anagram of remounted, less or (bits of gold).
Vol + ga(ul).
