Not happy with last one.
18A. Flagstone? ?A?E
Must surely be PAVE. Flag (v) = Pave (v).
But what about that clue?
pave or pavé is not "stone".
Anyone have a good explanation for this clue, please?

might the 'stone' part relate to 'cobble' (as in stone and to pave)
