33A. "Sun (in person?) to come shortly before medium or heavy downpour (9). Answer is almost certainly "Rainstorm" (downpour or heavy downpour), but can somebody please parse the cryptic element of clue.

Thank Mamya, but I must be being particularly think this evening! I had the "ra" and the "m", but how can "in store" mean "to come"?

I saw it as

we have lots of fun 'to come'

We have lots of fun 'in store'

hopefully someone has a better parse.

Now I get it. I was being particularly thick!
