I think these are correct but I need the precise parsing...

Fellow guarded with zeal every second having previously escaped - ZACHARY (Fellow)

Euro zone initially put in place by the French, Italian or Spanish state - VENEZUELA (State)

I'm obliged half the time, to enter by way of compound - VITAMIN A Compound)

Fellow guarded... It's every second letter in ZeAl and chary/guarded.

Venezuela: EZ=Euro Zone;Venue= place in French; La= Italian?

Half the time- MIN(ute)

By way of = via. Im obliged = ta. Half the time = min(ute).

Fit = hale. J for judge. I for one. Inside hale, backwards.
