Need help parsing these....

2nd one is a hidden word backwards

Anagram of a possible cure "minus" is sure.

Well done ginge - that's complicated. I did think that the definition was at the beginning of the clue.

Chrise it's not the greatest clue, I think the definition is inert dose with inert also being used as the extraction indicator but not immediately next to " is sure " !

Ignore the bit about extraction indicator. Its placebo + is sure "mixed". Still think it needs can/could or may.
