Hi all - thank you for your concern. To be perfectly honest, the accident has affected me more than I originally thought and I just haven't felt like participating on the site. So you won't be hearing from me as frequently, I'm afraid

Plasters come off tomorrow - so at least that's one step in the right direction:) I will look in on the odd occasion - just to see how you're all doing, so keep up the good work.

Thinking of you, RE, and hoping the plaster-removing goes well (and that the 'you' that's underneath is healing nicely). It will be good to see you back among the regulars when you are feeling up to it. In the meantime, take care of yourself!

You did an awful lot of damage RE, your body has a lot of repairing to do.
