Stuck on last two - help appreciated
11a: barely in, left to express the appropriate term (2, 3, 5)
I've got L _ _ _ T _U_T_

And 4d: cleaner pines for tool of the trade, or so it's said (3,4)
I have _A_ _ _P_

There seems to be a bit of a French theme in the crossword, zut allors!

I don't understand how Mrs Mopp fits that clue - except that it's a term for a cleaner and, I imagine, pp means 'pines'. Doesn't the clue imply that you have cleaner + Pines? Here, the pines would be part of the cleaner?
It's probably me, but I have trouble with a number here:
Is 15's answer Brigand?
The clue was "2 - master together with criminal (7)"
My answer for clue number 2 was "calf"

And what about 17ac? The clue here is "Moore's city is rather sweet. (7)" So far I have -e-i-e-

Mrs Mopp - sounds like she misses her mop (pines for)

17 looks like Demisec - reference to Demi Moore + EC (city of London)
