I'm stuck on 60A.....clue Stuffy, official (6). The letters I have are S?R?A?

The letter S is from 53D...I have 'Upset' as the answer.
The letter R is from 46D...I have 'Usher' as the answer.
The letter A is from 61D...I have 'Ads' as the answer.

Anyone??

The answer is Formal. Can't remember the clue to 53d, sorry.

Thanks barrycat. Clue for 53d down is....Not in good health or physical condition. I had 'Upset' as my answer but I can now see that the answer should be 'Unfit'.
