Been at this all week on and off, but stuck on the very last clue.... so any help more than welcome

12d Entertainers upset about line in your periodical (4-7)
So, I have THY and L, after which the periodical bit looks like MONTHLY, so I am left with the 4 bit, which is S-M-.
So S-M-/MONTHLY. Any thoughts?

Consensus is it's SEMI MONTHLY - Mimes (entertainers) backwards.
