I've gone for AKAI - A for excellent followed by KAI (NZ Maori word for food) AKAI is an alternative spelling of ACAI

I think ACAI is correct. AC stands for 'ante cibum', meaning 'before food', used by doctors to indicate that a tablet or pill should be taken before meals. AI is excellent.
