As so often with Paul, I find myself thinking 'It must be that but I can't quite see why.' I got the Congo, I got 'me' I got the 'l' from the first of landing. I got 'conglomeration' because it means mass but I can't see where the ration comes from. I am sure it is screamingly obvious but, sadly, not to me.

Ration = helping
