Thanks for your continual help! Just celebrating my birthday today with a quick visit to the dentist for a check up! Well until I get this hip fixed I really don't feel much like celebrating. However the postman brought me lots of lovely cards & gifts so I'm very thankful for such loving family & friends. Usually I get strawberries & cream on my birthday but this year the strawberries in our garden are still green!! What a summer!

Sun shone here today, but little grand daughter said it poured with rain in the Chesham area.

Strange - it sort of threatened, but no rain in Chesham today...

Maybe 4 year old has a dodgy rain forecast! She went swimming too this afternoon so perhaps she got wet there!! She said last w/e she was soaked at the Chesham Carnival!

Mr.Light, where have you been hiding? Are you still doing the RT ? We last heard from you in June 2012 when you were over-run with chickens. And how are the horses , and the drums, and the gigs? Best wishes. Jg
