I have D-D-C-N-S- Somehow I don't think this is correct.! HELP..!

24a is an extra item (perhaps a handbag for the girls) anagram of "soccer say"

It's no good..! I give up...went back to the R.T. (after being away for 24 hours)..thinking that chrise's clue would help me.! I realise now that it hasn't...So HELP again on 13a PLEASE..!
