Just wanted to put this one to bed and wasn't
totally clear on this clue:-
14 Ac. - "IT equipment being short around
university, can become bolshie".
It's 8 letters and i have -U-I-O-S, so imagine
the answer to be MUTINOUS. but not sure
where the equipment comes into it.

Mous(e) - IT Equipment

mutinous;
It equipment - mous (e)
university - u
can = tin
