Totally befuddled on a few. But this one is really bugging me.

The clue should be preceded by a girl's name.

I have: ----/-I-E-S

You are right about the girls name; however the whole answer is an anagram, second word familiar crossword flowers.

Just got it. Doh! Was thinking only in one direction.
