I'm glad we all got there in the end. Like John of ARRAN said, it would be helpful alround if you used the "add reply" button once you have a thread running. Multiple threads on the same subject are really really confusing.

Now you've got over this little teething problem you will find lots of people on here who are very willing to help you. You just have to make sure that you give the right number of letters required (and any that you already have)and the answers will come back to you very quickly.
