Finished OK, but couldn't fully see THIS one:-
15 Ac. "Tea with milk, say? Not from this beast."
Answer would appear to be CHAROLAIS, which
I know is a type of cattle. One, I imagine, which
is not renowned for milk production.
Tea looks like "CHA" but how does the
rest of the answer equate to "milk"?

Thanks, Rambler! I've always assumed "CHA" to
be tea in crossword parlance, and "CHAR" , as a
rule, to be a cleaner. Therefore, I've been trying
to parse "ROLAIS" instead of ""OLAIS"!! But it
looks as if "CHAR" can mean tea, as well! Anyway,
thanks again.
