I just refer to you all on here as 'The Guys' I could change it to 'The Dolls' but it doesn't quite have the same ring to it, also the men would maybe think I was getting a bit too fresh and familiar with them.

Do you realize in the States "guys" can refer to girls & women,too? I remember being flabbergasted when we (my wife & I) were repeatedly addressed as "You guys!" (and my wife certainly never looked anything but feminine)! Apparently another "Pond" issue!
