Ok setters,

This is where we'er up to. All the women have now finished clueing apart from Rossim (I think by reading your email Rossim, you may have forgotten to attach your clues) I've sent you an email about it.

All the men have now completed their clue writing too. BUT! there is one final little twist.
I need 4 men to write one more clue each which is their 'Phase Two'
This can be any of the men who may want to write one last clue for this Joint Effort. I feel the fairest way is that the first 4 to reply on this thread will be the 4 to receive an extra word.
As soon as 4 names appear, I will send the words and that will be the end of all the clue writing for this grid... HONEST!

I will then format the rest of the puzzle and have it on-line as soon as is humanly possible.
