14 Bicarb (treatment for dyspepsia). It's 'barb', sharp comment and i/one and c/chemist ('chemist's first).

4 Ciabatta = bread .

But I can't see why. Any suggestions?

Focaccia is definitely better!
It has CIA - spy group and ac/account and fo/of rising, ie reversed.
