I've just got 16D left. Small elegant ?I?O?S

That is BIJOUX but I notice the setter has misspelt 24a as expresso. The correct spelling is espresso

I believe both spellings are acceptable.

my Chambers only shows it as espresso. But I know people often spell it with an x. I am a fan of Lynn Truss ;)

No wonder I couldn't get it as I hadn't put an x in espresso! Thanks for sorting me out jazzgirl. Just waiting for the doctor as alas Johnny & I have had that awful sickness & d....... For 3 days! Ugh!
