1. Run rings around (easily outclass). - bands = rings + a round (stage) + run firstly

2. wear - green (raw) reversed + E (key) inside - sport = wear

Grumpy colleague - Dopey ( As in Snow White and...) It's Dope/info+y at the end of 'day'.
