Hi BRAHAN, I think the Daily Record newspaper is using a new crossword setter for their Saturday crossword! For the past few weeks the clues have become easier and I can now complete the grid in about 45 minutes. It's become less of a challenge and I only do it for the £200 prize.

When they dropped the prize money from £500 to £200 a couple of months ago, I e-mailed them twice to ask if this was a typo or if they were strapped for cash....they didn't reply!!
