Can't get this Latin phrase for 11a.
One-nil wobbling, power through fully.

In Pleno (fully - it's an anagram of 'one nil'+'p'/power)

Thanks malone...I can't find a really reliable Latin resource on the 'net, so couldn't find this one.

Finished, but can't completely figure out the cryptic wordplay for 16a and 9d - Enigmatist seems to go out of his way (I'm sure it's a him) to be obscure. Any help much appreciated.

Thanks. I was stuck on that one too. But how did you know the answer should be a Latin phrase? The clue doesn't mention anything about Latin.
