The alpha and omega of confectionery? - CANDY (C and Y but how are they related to Alpha and Omega?)

Wasted refund in ornamentation and patio items - GARDEN FURNITURE (I can see 'Refund' in there but not much else)

The C is the first letter/alpha of Confectionery
The Y is the last letter/omega of Confectionery

First and last (alpha and omega) of ConfectionarY

garniture for ornamentation?

Garniture - ornamentation +Refund = gar den fur niture?
