45a. 'Lee side' backwards is 'Ed' + 'I see' + 'L'eft.

43d is probably keyboard = 'key' + 'boar' + 'd'ied.

It's KEYBOARD (verb = to type text)
KEY (island) + BOAR (pig) + D(ied). Yahoo!
