Good Morning to all the wonderful mums on the site. I hope you are all being spoilt whether its breakfast in bed or being taken out to lunch. I so miss the time when my two would attempt to make me brekky, give me home made cards and run a bubble bath even though I have already showered and dressed. Goes to show you don't need all the commercialism to be rewarded for the best job in the world. And Yes I am soppy xxxx

Thanks, emrach. I hope you kept some of the cards, I have 2 boxes of such memories they can have when I don't want them any more. I'm having lunch with my younger son, daughter-in-law and lovely grandson. I ate so much yesterday lunch time I'm not sure how much I'll manage today!
My favourite Mother's Day was when I could hear the living room being dusted and vacuumed under supervision and breakfast prepared and carefully brought upstairs. As you say, can't commercialise that. xxR

Had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs in bed,lovely handmade cards and tissue flowers. Finishing yesterday's crossword staring at snow out the window whilst veg and lunch is in hand with Daddy and the boys....HEAVEN Happy Mother's Day one and all!
