Aslo, please could somone explain how "Novel sequel to highway from Tuscan town (2,5,4)" defines "Da Vinci Code"?

Novel = Da Vinci Code

sequel to highway = code (highway code. book on motoring)
from Tuscan town (Vinci is a town in tuscany)
Da evades me.
