Thanks, but that doesn't work on my laptop, rambler - all I get is a delicate little bell sound when I press the number. Is a numeric pad needed (as an a full keyboard)?

btw the disadvantage with an ALDI Fr. computer,chris, is that it can't keep to the order I need here: have to keep going back to "Edit", & that takes ages!
