I think it is LILY being, as mamya says, an anagram of I'll and Y(oung). If it is, it is not the best clue I ever saw - where is the indicator of the anagram? Why is "young" contracted to Y? But what else could it be? More questions than answers, I'm afraid!

Y is usually an abbreviation of year.
