Hi Les - I received 2 emails from you last night with nothing except a link in either of them. I suspect they may be from spammers using your address book. I haven't opened them, and won't unless you tell me otherwise.

Hi everyone,

After such a long absence I'm embarassed to just drop in here but havee good reason. Like Bullfrog, I have received a message with no content other than a link which I haven't opened either. I think perhaps you've picked up a worm somewhere. The message was also copied to:

tumaahoussou, me, dhgjketyetye

I only received one message though -poor deprived me!

En passant, I hope you're all well and will come back and have a nose around later on.

Hi Les, I sent my clues to you a couple of days ago. After seeing this thread I've checked my emails and nothing yet.....should I feel left out or grateful??

Morning

I automatically opened the link - first time doing JE so I just thought it was from Les40 - so in case you are wondering it is an advert to recruit people to earn at home you know the type such and such from earns $700 dollars a week for only 12 hours etc

Strangely the place mentioned was Glasgow !!!

I received a similar mail from Les and deleted it. Good idea to run your anti-virus program now, emrach. It's probably OK if you didn't download anything (as you clearly didn't) but it's a good precaution.
I got the Fex-Ex "We tried to deliver a parcel" scam mail 2 days ago- oddly there were two scraps of thin card with Fed-Ex on in my front garden plus I'd seen one of their vans outside........scary stuff because the real Fed-Ex does not use email.

I have had one as well - I bounced it back to les with a query about a virus on his computer.

It's always best not to click on links in Emails unless you are SURE they are genuine.
