Hello,
Anyone else agree it is a shame the Daily Record crosswords prizes are only paying out £200,especially the Saturday crossword.

Maybe we should start a petition!!

Couldn't agree more. Cut the saturday crossword to £200, the tuesday crossword to £100 and dropped two of the runner-up prizes from the Sunday Mail. Times are hard right enough.

The prize does not matter a lot. We get fun solving these crosswords and there are new challenges everyday. So it is okay for the prize.

The prizes are immaterial to me as I never enter the competitions. Anyway, most of the time it would not be 'all my own work'.
