Thought I was going to do this at long last but have made a major error somewhere!
'factory worker and I cover millstone' 8 letters.
Only definite letter is a as second. Thought it must be something to do with water or waiter.

HANDICAP = millstone.
HAND (factory worker) + I + CAP (lid).
