Hi guys - don't be hard on ixion as I think he/she has possibly had the same difficulties as quite a few of us have had with accessing the site today due to the 'dummy.com' problem.

Of course, if you pronounce 'Oats cuisine' correctly (i.e., in a faux-French accent) the 's' is silent.
