This month I keep getting a failure email when I try to submit online (always worked before even when others on here reported a problem). Message is:

because:
User crossword.genius (crossword.genius@guardian.co.uk) not listed in Domino Directory
Have installed the latest version of Java 7 Update 13 but still no use??
Any help please?
