Can anyone help with the following clues please, not much to go on I'm afraid.

Exaggerate after having left one short time after in custom made car. 7&4. Third letter in second word is M.

Very light course, it certainly is 5&4. Third letter in second word is T.

Rex arranged to include payment for treasury. 9
Last but one letter is E.

Man having church wine first. 5 First letter is V

The custom made car clue answer is Stretch Limo
(exagerate ...Stretch...Left ..L...one ..I..short time ...Mo

The answer to the clue Rex arranged to include payment..treasury is Exchequer. (Rex arranged with cheque ...ie payment
