Hi andyc, Thank you for your appraising comment. I know mamya very well from the answerbank and respect her knowledge and her parsing skills. It was a genuine question about what I considered a flippant remark.
I know she is not that frail and will not be fretting, so there should be no worries there. Aside that, I have an early start, So goodnight all and happy quizzing. Shooty : )

Shooty you are quite correct, my reply was flippant and I apologise for it unreservedly.

Oh gosh I am not the Queen here or indeed anywhere and endeavour to upset no one, honest.

The trouble is on these sites we can't possibly know each other that well and our remarks can unintentionally cause offence, which, I fear, may potentially have occurred here.

Your Majesty, next time you are being intentionally flippant please could you let me know. Ha ha
