13d is puzzle. have -B- , I-L-Y-R.
proper name, latin, greek ?? hint?

The only thing I can think of is a feature which allows you to watch tv programmes online - but how that fits in with "puzzle" I dont know

I dont have the crossword so I thought the clue was simply "puzzle" but now I see the full clue the answer I had in mind is correct

Was struggling with this myself, but got it now. I made the mistake of trying to make a word out of _B_. Think initials!

I tend to agree with gaperon, but I think that crosswords do count these (modern?) words starting in "i" as one word rather than two.
