Can anyone help with the parsing of these clues:
12a You'll get to end of race, breaking what's seen as old record (7-5) = SEVENTY-EIGHT
3d Swimming metres in old harbour potentially dangerous activity (7,5)

whats seen = sight
race = event + ye (youll)
s event ye ight - seventy eight(record)

3d extreme sport

metres (anag) in ex port

Sorry, meant to add that I also had the answer EXTREME SPORT but couldn't parse that one either. Any thoughts?
