CLUELESS 95
Have to unexpectedly go out and not sure when I’ll be back, so apologies for an early post.

Welcome to Clueless, our informal weekly clue-setting competition.

The idea is to compose a cryptic clue to a given word or phrase

The winner of the previous week’s competition both sets the word/phrase to be clued and judges the entries for the current week.

The judge’s decision is final; reasons may or may not be given at the judge’s discretion. It is customary for the judge to donate a virtual prize to the winner.

To be fair to others, please do not make any comments on entries until after the winner has been declared.

Multiple entries may be submitted and new competitors are particularly welcome (That means all you guys who are lurking in the background – come on, have a go).
I would prefer entrants NOT to give any explanation of their clue.

(46241 was a Coronation class loco "City of Edinburgh". 0-0-0 is a Queen's side castle in chess, but implies no wheels on a loco. The wheel arrangement of 46241 was 4-6-2)
