Telegraph Brain Games 30 December and I have 3 left to solve but need help,please.
Letters I have are R-N-,cryptic clue 34 down.
Letters I have are ---R-M,clue is 13 across which runs through my last one which is 2 down & the letters are R---T-D.

What are the clues ?

Clue to 13 across is Minimum number of people required to validate a meeting.
Clue to 2 down is Moved energetically,stirred up.
Clue to 34 down is cryptic,Sprinkler covers cold floor
