22A The little girl has nothing in Italy...(4) SA?O
24A ...but this one has a flower (d)
R?S?

Looks like ROSE (ROSA) obviously. Any ideas?

I thought it could be Saro and then Rosa - and I checked to see if 'Saro' was a name in Italy. It is - but the site I looked at said it was a male name!
