Belatedly - Can someone parse these for me, please?!

I have
'Peripatetics' as synonym for aristotelians, but am still puzzled as to why. 'cite' up? 'Pate'? 'E' for 'elephant 's head'?

Also:
20d 'bearer of barrels of fragrant oil covering girl up' (7)
I have 'drayman' but am stumped as to why.
