2. No person to keep quiet over wine - a grumbler? Ans Malcontent I can see NO CLAM for a person who doesn't keep quiet, but I can't parse the wine
3. Having no reserves left after getting ripped off abroad Ans Burned out Double definitions Burned = ripped off, out = Abroad
