I've got BULLET for 4d. 1d looks as though it might be MULLET but not sure why. I'm struggling to get an anagram in the 10ac one but EROTEMES seems to fit. Any thoughts?

10a is an anagram of see or set and means questions in an obscire sort of way. Don't know where your M comes from.

i've got lateral for on the side 8A which wouldnt make entreats right. Or can i just not see it!!

It's 'earnests' - pledges.

12D is anagram of answer to 13A and abbreviation for etcetera.

Hi Guys, nearly finished it today but left paper at my work (internet police have blocked this site). One missing was top right corner across 4 letters for which I had ?i?e. I think the clue was tree manure?
Pine? Any clues or explanations appreciated.
