I have a problem with 28D and 36A not fitting. I have tidytips for the large flowered plant at 28 D and services for 36 A and this gives me I instead of c for the 6th letter in both.

Hibiscus for the plant

I have HIBISCUS for 28d and STURDINESS for 32a (if that helps).
