Hi,
I have the answer as HIAWATHA. I think the clue
and it's makeup are a bit tenuous,but it sort
of makes sense.

The last A must be right - 'Weapon's second rate - hard to hold crowd back' ( 1 - 4)

A B with MOB backwards = A-BOMB

I am struggling with this one this week!

I must be going mad!
